Our Process

We aim to make working with us as easy as possible while achieving your vision.  To make sure we meet your needs, we use a laid out process from start to finish.

• New Job Inquiries

•  In Person Consultation/Bid Prep
  • Owner, Luke Bones will meet with you to discuss your project and do a site analysis.
  • If possible, a bid will be given on the spot. If not, a bid will be prepared and emailed for approval.  Landscape designs will have an included full color, hand-drawn landscape design.
  • Full Landscape Designs are $150.00. This fee will be waived if project is installed by Bones Landscape Company.
• Design Presentation (Landscape Design Projects Only)
  • Once your design is completed, an in person meeting will be conducted with a presentation of the design as well as bid.
•  Installation
  • Once design and bid is approved, your project will be placed on tentative schedule. You will be kept up to date about the status of your project and any major scheduling changes.
  • Please note due to weather and material availability, dates may need to be pushed back.
• Client Walk Through
  • If needed, a walk through of your project will be set up to discuss maintenance.
